Principal
Tim is a principal at Bluestone Residential who brings more than twenty years of experience in systems, investments, risk management, execution and property management to the organization.
Prior to Bluestone Residential, Tim was a managing partner in Windham Capital Management LLC. Windham is a boutique investment management and advisory firm, focusing on using quantitative methods to construct and manage multi-asset class portfolios for institutional and high net worth clients. At Windham, Tim managed the research and development group and as a partner contributed to its growth into a multi-billion dollar asset manager.
Tim has a MBA (finance) from Boston College and a Bachelor of Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Principal
Daniel is a principal at Bluestone Residential who brings thirteen years of industry experience in real estate development, construction management, brokerage, and property management to the organization.
Prior to Bluestone Residential, Daniel has founded various real estate development companies, an investment networking group, and a full-service brokerage firm. Daniel’s expertise includes adaptive reuse and commercial development, historic renovations, single and multi-family rehabilitation, land development, and real estate brokerage.
Daniel has a MBA from Babson College, a MS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science from University of Bucharest.
Principal
Inna is a principal at Bluestone Residential who brings more than twenty years of experience in systems, business operations, design, project management and accounting to the organization.
Prior to Bluestone Residential, Inna was a software developer, business systems analyst and project manager. Inna specialized in distilling complex business needs into organized sets of requirements, and oversaw the systems development.
Inna has a MBA from Boston College, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Florida.
